Job Description (DevOps Engineer):

  • The DevOps Lead will be reporting to the Director of Technology and should be able to work
    in conjunction with the top management to strategize the company’s outlook to improve
    business agility and provide modern delivery solutions to the Client.
  • The lead should be able to show exemplary leadership and management traits to ensure the highest quality of service delivery while meeting contractual obligations and exceeding targets
  • Should be able to lead and drive large enterprise-level engagements with complex automation initiatives and management of the project according to the given timelines, cost and without compromising the quality.

Job Description (Senior PHP Developer):

  • 5+ years of CodeIgniter, core PHP and Laravel.
  • Conducting analysis of website and application requirements.
  • Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules.
  • Developing back-end portals with an optimized database.
  • Troubleshooting application and code issues.
  • Integrating data storage solutions.
  • Responding to integration requests from front-end developers.
  • Finalizing back-end features and testing web applications.
  • Updating and altering application features to enhance performance.
  • Client interaction, taking inputs from clients, attending conference calls.

Job Description (MVC Developer):

  • Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)
  • Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
  • Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)

Job Description (Business Development Manager):

  • Relationship management at the CXO level for the SMB & Start-up accounts from India
  • Complete Account Management, Prospect nurturing & Opportunity qualification through BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) criteria.
  • Meeting customers (In-Person/Web), Delivering Tech Presentation, Giving them solutions overview on – Cloud & Digital Transformation Solutions portfolio, providing proposal, negotiating on the terms & closing deals.
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Should have experience and confidence with lead closures and finalization.
  • Experience in Cloud sales background preferred.

Job Description (Software Developer):

  • The role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client’s specifications.
  • Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
  • Project Role: Application Developer
  • Project Role Description: Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Work Experience: 3-8 years

Job Description (Business Analyst):

  • Prioritize requirements from various internal stakeholders
  • Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders
  • Assess change proposals and define solutions for system changes
  • Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change
  • Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.
  • Work with the training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.
  • Conduct business process modelling and generate applicable scenarios for the technical functionality testing team.
