Job Description:
- Support enabler functions to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Learn and Conduct process maturity internal audits
- Learn and Conduct training on LEAN, Kaizen, and Six Sigma
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- Having a basic understanding of Quality principles and practices
- Passion for problem-solving & continuous improvement.
- Highly self-motivated and willing to learn things on their own
- Good communication skills (Oral & written)
- Good/basic Analytical skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Good in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel, Advance Excel would added advantage
- Macros & writing macro queries is added advantage, Data query/data management abilities
- Independent research skills
