📝 Job Description:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and clients.
- Learn and understand US recruitment processes, employment terms, and hiring practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in (BE, BCA, BSc, MBA HR preferred).
- Fresh graduates from 2025, or 2026 batches can apply.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in US shift timings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of recruitment or HR concepts.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.
- Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
