Job Description:
- Conduct self in a professional manner and take responsibility for work and commitments.

Technical Role:
- Require resources who have strong technical knowledge in HCM Extracts, Extract rules, OTBI / BIP Reporting and HDL/HSDL for data conversions.
- Review the functional specification document and prepare the technical specification document.
- The resource should work independently and quality deliverables should be delivered without escalation.
- The resource should coach junior resources. Have strong communication skills.
