Job Description :
- Engaged in handling Email and chat of Enterprise & different business units (Internal and external)
- End to Transaction of Reports.
- Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.
- Providing support to Internal and External End Users.
- The job will require you to handle emails/chats regarding technical issues for end-users.
- Perform problem-cause analysis
- Resolve customer queries and achieve customer delight.
- Ability to Identify Opportunities and Implement Process Improvements
