📝 Job Description:
- As an Operations Intern at SpringVerify, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced background verification environment.
- You’ll work closely with the Operations team on case analysis, document verification, and database management — contributing directly to real client deliverables from Day 1.
Responsibilities:
- Support the operations team in day-to-day activities including case analysis, document verification, and database management
- Assist in conducting background verification checks for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and client inquiries in a timely manner
- Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests
- Adhere to data confidentiality and security protocols at all times
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Data entry and maintenance of records
Skills:
- Graduate (any stream) with strong communication skills — verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for spotting data discrepancies
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred
Please Note:
- This is a 2-month internship program — fixed duration, no extensions
- No full-time conversion at the end of the internship
- No additional perks, benefits, or equipment (laptop, insurance, etc.) provided
- Stipend: ₹21,000/month
- Shift Structure – Shifts are subject to change as per the company policy.
- Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat – 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (working days & timings)
