Job Description:
- Extremely good at providing a business solution with good analytical and Problem-solving ability.
- Ability to clearly communicate both in writing and verbally with international customers.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
- Ability to analyze and understand a problem from the customer’s point of view. Take the role of a consultant in evaluating customer’s requirements and map it to product features.
- Confident in resolving all pre-sales and post-sales customer queries.
