Job Description:

• Managing of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• A creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture
• Cohesively work with a lot of people, across functions and teams every day
• Coordinate with other departments for compatibility of all aspects of each project
• Smart thinking and clear communication
• Be a brand ambassador for Paytm: “Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, Stay Relevant!
• Troubleshoot merchant problems, identifies the request and takes appropriate measure as
  per the guidelines
• Provide merchant support by call or email
• Excellent merchant service skills that build high levels of merchant satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
