📝 Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Payroll Intern to support our HR team in payroll operations and employee-related processes.
-
This internship will provide hands-on exposure to payroll management, HR operations, employee data, and HR systems.

Duration – 6 Months
Responsibilities:
-
Assist in the monthly payroll processing and related HR activities.
-
Maintain and update employee records and payroll data.
-
Support attendance, leave, and other payroll-related inputs.
-
Assist in preparing and validating payroll reports and MIS.
-
Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve payroll and employee data discrepancies.
-
Support documentation and other HR Operations activities.
-
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
-
Assist the HR team with other payroll-related tasks as required.
Skills:
-
Pursuing BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR, Finance, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
-
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
-
Good communication and coordination skills.
-
Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
-
Candidates who can commit to a 6-month internship are preferred.
