Job Description:
- Proficient in MS Excel and Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and project tracking.
- Project Execution Support: Collaborate closely with project managers to assist in executing project tasks.
- Communication: Facilitate clear communication between project managers and other cross functional teams such as Tech Team and DS Team.
- Documentation Creation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project-related documents.
- Documentation Accuracy: Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify and address risks, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Management Tools: Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and ClickUp.
- AI Model Training and Integration: Preferred knowledge of AI model training and integration processes.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Business Administration, Project Management, or a relevant discipline) is often preferred. However, equivalent work experience can also be valuable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the same field will be prioritized.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Well organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects tasks simultaneously so being able to prioritize, manage time effectively, and keep things in order is crucial.
