Job Description:
- As a System Analyst I, you will perform troubleshooting investigations review Issues by gathering information, use troubleshooting tools, shadow end users, and test workflows internally and externally.
- You will perform troubleshooting investigations via backend methods by capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and updating/cycling servers. You may also need to review scripts written in SQL, System Integration and Perform Sanity Checks.
- You will communicate effectively verbally and in writing to clients and internal stakeholders. You will document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation.
- You will prioritize work based on severity and urgency balancing client and business needs.
- And, you will collaborate among and across teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals.
- you will perform daily system operations tasks to verify system integrity and availability, mentor and support associates in daily tasks and troubleshooting.
