Job Description :
- Join the HR Shared Services Team providing first line, Tier 1, HR support for employees, managers and HR Business Partners for all people activities related to the hire-to-retire process.
- Ensure all HR data is processed accurately, in a timely manner, to set payroll cut-off dates and in line with GDPR
- Document preparation relating to the entire employee life cycle including employment contracts, employee change letters and reference letters
- First point of contact for all HR related queries via the HR Shared Services mailbox, telephone or face-to-face interaction
- Deal with simple payroll queries and liaising with Payroll team if necessary
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal contacts including HR Business Partners
- Subject matter expert for end-to-end HR processes
- Investigation of employment issues, identifying risks, making recommendations for resolution and escalation of issues as required to the Shared Services Manager, HR Business Partner, etc for final decision
Skills :
- Strong HR administration skills gained in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Experience of delivering an excellent customer service experience
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
