Job Description :
- Accounting and Book keeping Support:
- Assist with specific questions on balance sheet and P&L items
- Assist with reconciliation of accounts period end balance sheet analysis.
- Abilities to make journal entries and general ledger postings
- Abilities to review, reconcile and map tax liabilities (eg Withholding tax) with bank payments
- To review Accounts Receivable, map it to remittances received from Customers and reconcile customer accounts
- Accounting Standard Support: implementing new/changed legislation on GAAP, track impact and help with reconciliation
- Cash and Bank balance – Bank reconciliation, reconciliation of projection vs utilistaion
- Statutory Audit and Internal Audits
- Tax filings
- Statistical Return filing for US / Canadian entities (good to have)
- Reviewing of financial statements and providing the schedules to support the review
- Assist with responding to queries around financial statements & global collaboration.
Skills :
- 0 to 2 years of specific experience with book keeping and accounting standard concepts
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Proficiency and hands on exposure to SAP and Microsoft office applications
- Analytical thinking and Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work with cross culture teams across multi geographies
- Good verbal and written English communication
