Job Description:
- Segregates transactions into appropriate categories and analyzes the processes data based on simple business rules
- “Key what you see” – Plain data entry work.
- Understand simple business rules.
- Researches reasons behind incomplete or incorrect transactions.
- Meets accountable metrics of productivity, quality and attendance.
- Takes on a single type of activity
- Typically requires 9-18 months relevant experience.
Skills:
- Looking for freshers with Any graduation
- Perceive Good communication skills
- Should be open to work in night shift
- Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 6PM/4AM IST The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
