Job Description:
- Create and conceptualize reports based on data needs of assigned accounts Establish data archiving mechanism from various data sources like ACD feeds, WFM or Client tools.
- Coordinate reporting needs of assigned account with internal management.
- Analyze reports and provide inputs to management that help in improving performance on metrics
- Ensure completion of all GROW modules within 6 months of assuming the role.
Skills:
- Graduation
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Good communication skills
- Skilled to ensure effective coordination with internal management
