Job Description :
- Work within the process of Catalog and add size chart for all new Styles created
- To maintain the completeness and accuracy of Size Charts
- Working closely with different stakeholders
- Analyzing trends and preparing reports
- Clarifying sizing related doubts/issues faced by internal teams
- Rework on size charts based on requests from Category team/ Brands
- Handling customer queries / feedback and solving them timely
- Propose/implement projects aimed at improving customer sizing experience
Skills :
- Strong analytical and reasoning skill
- Highly organized with excellent time management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Foresight- ability to refine the current process and implement new ideas to increase efficiency of the team
- Should have past experience in Sizing and Operations
- Excellent in Data interpretation and MS excel
- Good problem solving, follow up and co-ordination skills
- Any knowledge in Data Analytics/SQL would be of added advantage
