Job Description :
- Process Associate-I: Entry-level position or one with minimal experience required
- Responsible for performing specific tasks or activities as part of a larger business process
- Often involves data entry, basic administrative tasks, or routine customer service interactions
- This may require following standard operating procedures and guidelines closely
- Receives training and supervision to perform tasks effectively
- Senior Associate: Generally more experienced than a Process Associate-I
- Has a deeper understanding of the processes and tasks associated with the role
- May handle more complex tasks, address escalated customer issues, or provide support to junior associates
- Expected to work more independently and demonstrate a higher level of competence
- Could assist with training new hires and providing guidance to less experienced team members

- May be responsible for process improvement, optimization, and documentation
- Often takes on a leadership role within the team, guiding other associates and ensuring process efficiency
