Job Description :

  • Process Associate-I: Entry-level position or one with minimal experience required
  • Responsible for performing specific tasks or activities as part of a larger business process
  • Often involves data entry, basic administrative tasks, or routine customer service interactions
  • This may require following standard operating procedures and guidelines closely
  • Receives training and supervision to perform tasks effectively
  • Senior Associate: Generally more experienced than a Process Associate-I
  • Has a deeper understanding of the processes and tasks associated with the role
  • May handle more complex tasks, address escalated customer issues, or provide support to junior associates
  • Expected to work more independently and demonstrate a higher level of competence
  • Could assist with training new hires and providing guidance to less experienced team members
  • Process Specialist: An experienced professional with a high level of expertise in a specific process or domain
  • May be responsible for process improvement, optimization, and documentation
  • Often takes on a leadership role within the team, guiding other associates and ensuring process efficiency
