Job Description:
- Provide L1/L2 Support to End Users for Hardware / Products on Inbound Calls
- Ability to work on multiple screens at the same time and handle order processing on Calls
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Prioritize and manage time effectively, while handling multiple priorities
- Provide First Call Resolution and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Should have a reliable and fast WiFi connection at home
- Should be ready to connect via video during training and 1 on 1 discussion
- Should have a safe and suitable work environment at home
- Should be able to work as per the break/lunch timings allocated by the supervisor
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
