Job Description :
- Will be responsible to identify the issues face by the user & communicate the same to the system development team.
- Follow up with development team for timely resolvation of the issues.
- Preparing require document for change request based on users requirement.
- Testing of various scenarios before implementation of change request.
- Co-coordinating with various system owners for resolvation of live issues.
Skills :
- Freshers are most welcome.
- Basic system knowledge.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Should have working knowledge of MS Office.
