Job Description :
- Responsible for testing through the entire lifecycle of a project, including test case development execution and verification
- Tracking and reporting software defects, along with verifying resolved issues in ticket tracking application
- Assist in on-going process improvement for test case management
- Provide the team with testing progress and continuous risk assessment during the Testing phase
- Support validation efforts by acquiring evidence during testing phase, as well as generating validation reports at cycle end
- Interact with other team members to incorporate their innovations and vice versa and displays commitment to excellence
- Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment
- Collaborate communicate with other project teams and support groups to coordinate cross-project initiatives to improve the quality quicker resolutions
Requirements :
- Should have around a year of experience in manual software testing
- Should have good knowledge on manual testing concepts
- Should have experience in creating test cases
- Should have knowledge on web service testing and tools used for testing
- Knowledge about web-based product functionality
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Passionate, creative, flexible, independent and self-motivated individuals who take initiative and ownership of projects are desired
- Knowledge/Experience on automation tools are added advantage
- Effective communication in English is essential
- Experience on Product Life Cycle Testing Procedures, Standard Manual Testing Procedures and Practices
- Basic SQL knowledge is must
- Should be ready to works under close supervision
