Job Description :
- Execute on key data management functions, including, client and sales data maintenance, credit data maintenance, mass changes, and coverage changes
- Review and interpret internal and client documentation in order to execute appropriate data maintenance
- Responsible for ongoing maintenance and monitoring of key data metrics to ensure client information is accurate
- Contribute to CB and firm-wide initiatives related to data excellence
- Represent the business in cross-LOB prioritization of system enhancements and work with Technology to implement business requirements
- Coordinate closely with the offshore Quality Control team to ensure data is accurate
- Coordinate closely with the PRDU team to ensure client set-up and maintenance for Ref Data is accurate
- Identify areas for continued process improvement and assist in the execution of recommendations
Requirements :
- Independent and self-motivated with a service-oriented mindset, but also a team player capable of working collaboratively and developing strong partnerships
- Background in Service, KYC, or Credit support and/or strong understanding of Commercial Banking business model
- Able to prioritize issues and multi-task effectively to handle multiple assignments and be proactive in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to think through and outline work processes in a thoughtful and detailed manner
- Solid project management skills including project planning, time management, organization, influencing, and follow-up skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with attention to detail
- Intellectually curious with a genuine interest in knowledge gathering and problem-solving
- Able to remain calm and effectively respond to rapidly changing business needs and urgent requests
- Proactively seek guidance, clarification, and feedback from others
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Suite applications (word, excel, PowerPoint, access)
