Job Description:
- We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Support team.

- Freshers and 1 – 5 years of experience in an International Voice Process
- Has excellent communication skills
- Are willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Are comfortable with a 5day workfromoffice schedule
Responsibilities:
- Engage with international customers to resolve queries and provide outstanding support.
- Build rapport through active listening, empathy, and professional communication.
- Deliver solutions by understanding customer needs and navigating internal processes.

Mandatory Requirements:
- International Voice Support Experience – Must Have
