Job Description:
- We are hiring for technical role into Service Desk- International Service Desk- L1 support.
- Good with Office 365 knowledge/ ticketing tool.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective L1 support to international clients via phone. Voice process.
- Manage tickets using ticketing tools to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
Skills:
- Freshers with basic technical support knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Candidate should be graduates in BE/ Btech only.
- Excellent communication in English is preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Notes:
- Training for 2months in Mysore, Karnataka. (Accommodation will be provided by the company within the campus; paid training)
- Post-training – Work location: Infosys, Phase II & III, Hinjewadi, Pune.
