Job Description:
- Position: Technical Process Executive, Service Desk (Freshers)
- Experience: Fresher
- Qualification: Any Full-Time Graduate (15 years of formal education – Must have degree certificates and Marksheets)
- Work Model: Full-Time | 100% Work from Office
- Shift: 24×7 Shift Rotation
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to global clients via calls and email
- Troubleshoot technical issues including:
- VPN, Drivers, O365, Active Directory
- Operating systems and basic networking
- Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Work on ticketing tools.
- Analyze issues and provide timely, effective resolutions
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in all interaction
