Job Description:
- Technical Support Executive It is B2B profile (60% Voice) where Technical Support Executive, will be the point of contact for all technical queries related to login.
- Person will be trained on handling password reset queries in Active Directory
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until theyÂve solved a technical issue
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- 24*7 operations & most of the times shift will be in EST hours
- Technical bent of mind to isolate a problem quickly
- Basic troubleshooting of desktop/laptop and gadgets
