Job Description:
- IGT Solutions is seeking a Process Associate (Banking Process) to join their team

- Handling customer queries over inbound calls.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer accounts through open and interactive communication
