Job Description:
- Managing customer quires with regards to hotel bookings & cancellation.
- Customer support via Emails & Calls.
- Providing first call resolution to customers & abiding to IGT guidelines.
- Comfortable working in 24*7 environment with 2 rotational week off. •Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer services will be added advantage. Graduate Fresher / Experience & UG with minimum 6 months of experience are eligible
