Job Description:
- This role is responsible for helping to ensure the efficient and cost-effective flow of goods or services within the organization’s supply chain.
- The role independently supports in running intermediate-level transactional processes in SAP to support demand and supply matching activities.
- The role helps in resolving basic to complex level supply chain issues and identifies opportunities to optimize operational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Supports intermediate-level transactional processes that require independent judgment.
- Follows detailed documentation and instructions to execute a variety of process-oriented tasks to support demand and supply matching activities.
- Supports the business by answering strategic questions with both quantitative and qualitative insights through data analysis and reporting.
- Identifies basic to complex level supply chain anomalies and seeks guidance for resolution.
- Assesses the market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for the supply chain department to add value.
- Maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
- Works with customer support teams to address operational issues and improve the customer experience.
- Ensures that the company complies with relevant regulations and industry standards, and assists in audits as necessary.
- Supports the training of new hires and lower-level roles.
Eligibility:
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 0-12 months of related work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Professional In Supply Management (Standards Organizations)
