Responsibilities:
- Handle client queries through inbound voice & written communication
- Manage product, service, and account-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Deliver high-quality service with a customer-first approach
