Job Description:
- Responsible for calling providers offices in US on behalf of Health plans
- To call the provider office verify the surveys for calling from the given data
- To make the physical call by following an applicable rule for confidentiality and HIPPA compliance
- Meeting daily/weekly/ and monthly targets set for an Individual.
- Flexible to work from office and Location.
Eligibility:
- Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner Gathers and analyses information skillfully.
- Interpersonal Skills, Maintains confidentiality
- Analytical Skill
- Customer and Business orientation.
- Verbal Communication – Excellent verbal communication skills required. Needs to talk with the Customers/Client over phone/email as and when required.
- Written Communication – Writes clearly and informatively; Able to read and interpret written information
- Must be flexible for night shifts
Skills:
- Should be willing to work in US shift.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills including MS Excel, MS office.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good typing skills with a speed of min 30-35 words/min with 90% accuracy.
Selection Criteria:
- Candidates with break in education more than 2 years are not eligible.
- Only full-time graduation (with 15 years regular education) will be considered No Correspondence Course
- Candidates with arrears are not eligible
- Candidates who have attended the HCL selection process in the last 6 months (either selected/rejected/not joined) will not be eligible
- Pursuing PG are not eligible
