Job Description:
- Analysts will provide email and outbound call support Services with emphasis on troubleshooting, account optimization, and efficient issue resolution and personalized resolutions for Ad Campaigns for Search, Display, Video, Shopping and App
- Work Location- Kokapet Hyderabad
- Shifts – “24*7”, 5 days per week
- Cabs -Yes- Chargeable Range is 20kms from HCL Office
- Hike|Salary As per company standard/ 20-30% hike on last CTC.
Eligibility:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- For Experience candidates, Adwords experience is must.
- For Fresher- Good Communication & Basic understanding for HTML CSS.
- Customer-oriented & self-motivated.
- Ability to work with individuals, companies and large clients
- Experience in working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment (mostly night shifts)
- Positive frame of mind, open to feedback and must be able to perform under pressure

- Hiring/Hired candidate transport boundaries are within 20kms from HCL Kokapet Location.
Cabs available for both sides, however radius for 1 side is within 20km and 40kms for both side for employees
