- Qualification: Any Graduate / Post-Graduate / Diploma from Recognized BTE

- Service Desk/ Integrated Command Centre/ Remote Desktop Support {Experience: 1 to 12 Years}
- ITIL Process; Cloud Platform; Enterprise Mobility; Image Management; EMS Platform {Experience: 5 to 8 Years}
- Database Administration; Network Administrator; Storage Administrator; Backup Administrator; EXCHANGE; Endpoint Management; Citrix Administrator; Operating System; Application Packaging; Tools and Standards Support {Experience: 5 to 12 Years}
- Operations Manager; DWP Deployment Manager {Experience: 9 to 12 Years}
- EUC/DWP Service Deliver Manager; DWP Deployment Architect {Experience: 15+ Years}
