Job Description:
- In this role, you will be responsible for listening to the pre-recorded audio and converting it into work documents which is a conversation between insurance company representatives and a person who is somehow related to the claim/accident/event.
- Some experience of transcribing audio files into a written document
- full ownership of the task from pulling from the queue to uploading it on the tool.
Skills:
- Any Undergraduate & Graduate.
- Must have good listening skills.
- Good command of the English language- Reading & Writing Qualifications
- Processing 55 minutes of audio into a Word document every day.
- Maintaining good accuracy.
- Ability to proofread first-level processed files.
