📝 Job Description:
- Develop software applications according to specifications;
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design solutions;
- Debug and test applications to ensure quality and performance;
- Write clean, maintainable code adhering to coding standards;
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback;
- Identify and troubleshoot software issues proactively.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and customer concerns
- Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for the end user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- You should be responsible for exhibiting capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
- Responsible for showcasing a proven work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment.
