Job Description :
- Take Chats and assists end users
- Update Log notes in ticketing tool.
- Resolve ticket after selecting relevant resolution categories in ticketing tool.
- Troubleshooting issues related to Hardware, OS, Standard Office Suite and Browsers.
- Hardware support to Desktops, Laptops, Mobile phone First level support to Printers,
- Application troubleshooting, basic knowledge on how to troubleshoot mobile devices
- Ability to Multitask
- Use of soft skills – Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc.
