Job Title : Process Associate – Finance and Accounts

Location : Bangalore

Job Description :

• You will improve service delivery, enhance customer perception and handle SLA’s and critical metrics for each of your outsourced contracts.
• You’ll balance issues with suppliers at a local level and ensure tasks run efficiently.
• Maintain an up-to-date, detailed improvement action plan for customer engagement
• Accuracy whilst completing all pieces of work is important. If you discover potential issues, raise them with your manager.

Skills :

• Works well with team members, and have excellent communications skills coupled with the ability to plan and handle a fast-paced workload.
• Coaches, mentors and may supervise lower level adjusters. Incumbents at this level should be able to work at full case load capacity.
• IT proficient with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
