Job Description :
- Coordination and regular follow-up with 3 PL,FC
- Daily tracking of transactions with timely closure and in case of variance highlighting it to Concern team
- Participate in delivering the shipment/pickup as per operational requirements when required
- Effective planning and execution.
- Adhering & Supporting the team in the seamless Adoption of new policies & processes.
- Tracking undelivered consignments and identifying the reason for non-delivery
- Prepare and share Day End / Weekly and Monthly performance reports.
- Regular follow-up with the zonal and central team on appointment slots for seller returns
- Align the team towards common and shared objectives
- Coordination with the Zonal teams and vendor on the reconciliation.
- Good alignment in understanding and operationalizing interstate transport solutions with tax compliance.
