Job Description :
- Providing support for global onboarding process utilizing internal and external systems, as well as interacting directly via phone/e-mail/Messenger with managers and employees around the world
- Work on transactions / tickets initiated via Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Learn
- Work on data administration activities of employees / contingent workers
- Proactively formulate, recommend and implement improvements to new and existing HR Applications, Reports, Business processes, etc
- Collaborate with various teams in HR, IT to troubleshoot and resolve an issues identified in HR Systems / data
- Participate in testing activities in support of new system functionality, process/procedure changes, or other changes as defined by Global HR Technology Team
Skills :
- Should have minimum of 1 year work experience, preferably in HR related activities
- Should have excellent communications skills, clear thought process, decent analytical skills, ability to work in a collaborative manner
- Having knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas, macros preferred
- Prior experience of working on Cloud Applications, ATS is preferable
