📝 Job Description:
As a Services Support Associate II, Firm Risk, Compliance, and Governance Services on the Records & Contracts team, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate and manage assigned processes, projects, technologies, and initiatives, including identifying required actions and improvements and driving execution with the R&C team
- Monitor daily system health checks and support technology upgrades, user acceptance testing, and user acceptance validation activities
- Execute research, data analysis, system queries, and report generation to support records and contracts processes and projects
- Maintain project documentation and standard operating procedures for assigned processes and systems
- Escalate issues, risks, and decisions to managers, R&C leadership, or other stakeholders, and recommend mitigating actions
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1- 3 years relevant work experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, excel and MS PPT) skills
- Experience in UAT and functional testing
- Knowledge of SDLC & project life cycle
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, professionalism and responsiveness
- Ability to work well with other team members both in India & US
- High level of attention to detail for reliable accuracy
- Adaptive to changes in technology and evolving business needs
Good to Have:
- Ability to analyze data and establish strategic insights
- Good to have Power BI, SQL experience
Preferred:
- Experience identifying trends in data and recommending process improvements
- Experience supporting system enhancement, upgrade, or testing activities
- Experience working in a compliance-focused or risk-managed environment
