📝 Job Description:
- Perform manual testing using Deloitte applications and Excel
- Provide day-to-day support in maintaining current applications
- Research legislative and application topics across a variety of platforms
- Partner with colleagues and stakeholders across regions to research, resolve, and communicate legislative and application updates
- Use AI tools to improve research, documentation, and problem-solving efficiency
Skills:
- Undergraduate: Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline (e.g., B. Com, BBA) or a technology discipline (e.g., B. Tech/B.E., BCA, B.Sc. in IT or Computer Science)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple projects moving forward at once
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients across regions
- Strong client service orientation and the ability to deliver on time in a dynamic team environment
- Willingness to work independently with little direction, and the resourcefulness to find answers on your own
- Flexibility to shift priorities on short notice
- Ability to apply practical experience to future work

- Experience using AI tools in your studies, internships, or projects
