📝 Job Description:
As a member of the Digital team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and overseeing the deployment, maintenance, and development cycle of websites using Adobe Experience Manager
- Ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for user engagement and search engine optimization
- Implementing and modifying website layouts and interfaces and enhancing visual design using HTML and Adobe Photoshop
- Following established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content
- Using Adobe Analytics to track website performance metrics, generate reports, and support website strategy decisions
- Analyzing data trends to improve user engagement and site performance
- Providing a consultative approach to improve the user experience and user journey across digital platforms
- Collaborating with stakeholders, clients, internal teams, and the global online team to support website management and timely project delivery
Skills:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree; marketing specialization preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in content management, digital marketing tools, data analysis, and reporting
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, SharePoint or O365, InfoPath, and workflows
- Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint; basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Client management and relationship-building skills
- Written and oral communication skills
- Teaming skills and ability to work under pressure
Preferred:
- Knowledge of branding and content workflow guideline standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholder levels and address issues in a professional manner
