Job Description :
- Looking for a candidate who can provide targeted insights and counsel to senior executives by leveraging strong market research, analysis, and presentation skills.
- Someone with experience in leading from the front by driving projects, building networks and relationships, sharing knowledge, and assist in key business decisions.
- Someone who has a flair for marketing research, is open to challenges, has an innovative & analytical thought process, and can quickly adapt to changing business requirements.
- This individual will work within the Client account Management team of the Government & Public Services (GPS) team and in collaboration with U.S. stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate serves as trusted marketing advisors to their business leaders and key stakeholders.
- This individual has demonstrated experience independently managing multiple, concurrent projects while working collaboratively across a virtual team.
Skills :
- One to three years of work experience, including at least one years in business research/analysis
- Ability to scan through RFP/RFI/Contract documents to understand the scope of services requested in the Statement of Work
- Strong Experience in developing Excel based analysis using advanced features. Strong MS PowerPoint Skills
- Good data visualization skills and ability to present data analysis in intuitive graphical and tabular formats.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau will be an advantage
- Understanding and experience of using analytical concepts like analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business.
- Ability to present data analysis in intuitive graphical and tabular formats.
- Exhibit ability to synthesize, organize and present information in structured manner (storyboarding)
- Sound understanding of marketing concepts with strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to understand emerging trends, its impact on the market, and gleaning insights from research
- Attention to detail and adherence to quality guidelines, standards and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong client & project management skills with proven experience in providing counsel to senior executives
- Knowledge of the US Government marketplace and policy areas such as government spending, health care, education, human services, digitalization will be an advantage
- Strong ability to gain consensus and support for efforts across disparate groups, lead stakeholders to a common goal
- Excellent team player with experience working and driving conversations with virtual teams, including proven ability to collaborate with a US based team
