Job Description :
- Test and deploy new functionality and fixes to both internal and production applications.
- Maintain Windows and Server Application software.
- Assist with integration and system testers to successfully test/correct software.
- Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians or product support people.
- Respond to situations where level one support has been unable to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
- Determines if the incident is working per documented specifications, is incorrectly configured, or a software defect through research and collaboration with other teams.
- Assigns incident to the appropriate team responsible for final corrective action. Provides status update on findings and actions taken to the first line product support.
- Report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to appropriate teams.
- Conduct system maintenance and monitoring to ensure adherence to contracted service level agreements as well as ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Skills :
- Work with various IT departments on product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain troubleshooting and department documentation.
- Provide off-hours support as needed.
