Job Description:
- Design implement and maintain Zscaler solutions ensuring seamless integration and policy compliance.
- Optimise PAC files and manage profiles for secure business connectivity.
- Collaborate with IT to address incidents and adopt best practices in Zscaler technology.
Responsibilities:
- Design implement and maintain Zscaler security solutions ensuring optimal configuration and integration with enterprise environments.
- Develop manage and troubleshoot Zscaler policies including security and access policies to enforce the organisations security requirements.
- Create update and optimise PAC (Proxy Auto-Configuration) files for efficient and secure internet traffic routing.
- Configure and manage application profiles and forwarding profiles to support business applications and ensure secure connectivity.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to resolve incidents perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Zscaler and network security technologies to recommend and implement best practices.
- Proven experience in deploying and managing Zscaler solutions in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of Zscaler policies, configurations PAC files application profiles and forwarding profiles.
- Solid foundation in general network security concepts protocols and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and documentation skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Zscaler Certified Professional CCNP Security) are an added advantage.
