Job Description:
- Want ownership of a core product surface, not just UI tickets
- Enjoy building complex editors and content tools where details matter
- Like complex frontend products that extend beyond React
- Care deeply about UX and take pride in making complex tools feel simple
- Like shaping what gets built, not just how it’s built
- Are excited about AI as a product primitive but skeptical enough to use it thoughtfully
Skills:
- 0-2 years of experience building production web applications (or equivalent proof of work)
- Strong frontend fundamentals with React and modern state management
- Hands-on experience with TipTap or ProseMirror
- You’ve worked with schemas, nodes, marks, plugins, and editor state
- You’ve taken features or products from early versions to real users
- Comfortable working full stack when needed (APIs, data models, backend constraints)
- Strong communication skills, you’ll collaborate closely with design, product, and founders
- Genuine interest in the product we’re building
