Job Description:
- We are hiring for Technical support with 0-4 years of experience for Rotational shift (24/7)
- Hiring for : International Process
- Exp : 0-4 yrs
- Shift Timings – 24/7 (WFO)
- Week Offs(2) – Rotational Shift
- Interview Process (5 Rounds) – Initial Screening/ Technical Round /Ops Round/ HR Discussion
- Completely Work from Office (WFO). Immediate joiners only.
- Work location : Hyderabad (Hi tech city)
- Required : Fluency in English
- Education : Undergraduates also eligible
Skills:
- Basic knowledge in Hardware Troubleshooting,
- Online Forums. Diagnose and troubleshoot various complex technical issues, using the available knowledge articles and framework abiding by the clients policies and procedures.
- Track unresolved issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
- Properly escalate and follow up unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged.
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- The ability to think logically.
- Strong customer focus.
- Respond quickly to customer requests/needs to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain individual performance towards client KPIs.
