Job Description:
- We’re looking for a Application Support and Monitoring Engineer (Dynatrace & ServiceNow Specialist) who doesn’t just monitor issues—but drives them to resolution with speed and accuracy.
- Location: Bangalore
- Experience: 0–2 Years
- 24×7 rotational shifts 5 days/week in ODC environment (no hybrid) Role Focus: L1 / L2 Production Support
Responsibilities:
- Monitor applications and infrastructure using Dynatrace dashboards
- Own incident lifecycle via ServiceNow—logging, tracking, and resolution
- Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Manage P1/P2 incidents, including bridge call coordination
- Support post-deployment validation and application health checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for faster issue resolution
- Act as L1/L2 escalation point for high severity incidents
- Drive corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues
- Document runbooks, procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement
