- Experience level – 0 to 2 years
- Basic Experience in the ServiceNow platform / Admin
- Basic Experience in ServiceNow table configuration changes
- Maintaining and performing periodic checks on the ServiceNow instance
- Integration knowledge and troubleshooting
- ServiceNow CSA
