Job Description:
- An Apprentice will gain transition on ASOP tool suite and will work along with ASOP support team providing support to end users.
- This role is ideal for a curious learner who is eager to master the ASOP tool suite and provide effective support to ASOP users.
Responsibilities:
- Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to ASOP Support.
- Respond to customer or end-user queries via ASOP tool systems
- Diagnoses and troubleshoot problems.
- Provide timely solutions or connect with respective stakeholders for solution.
- Log, track, and update support tickets in ASOP Jira.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers or users.
- Keep users informed about the status of their issues.
- Provide guidance or instructions for resolving problems.
- Strong analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of ticketing tools
- Participate in process mapping and documentation exercises
- Work with other teams such as development, QA, or network teams for problem resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and new technologies.
- Suggest improvements to support processes.

- Exposure to Atlassian tools (Jira, JSM & Confluence)
