Job Description :
- Respond to the emails from customers (typically enquiries)
- The email response can be a free formatted letter and/ Or
- The email response can be using the pre-defined letter templates available within the email system.
- Adhere to the product and process documentation
- Should be able to highlight to the Team Manager/Process Leader any exceptions or additional steps to be taken to process a customers query
- Should be capable to assess deviations /discrepancies and highlight them to the TM/PL/Mgr
- Adhering to attendance policy and break schedules within shift
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Maintaining individual stats Quality and Productivity
Qualification : Any Graduate / Post Graduate
